This year, SJB attended AIX alongside several of our clients to celebrate product releases and stay updated with the latest market trends. The following images showcase projects with which SJB has been involved over the past year.


Mirus Aircraft seating

It was a thrilling show for Mirus this year, featuring the public debut of last year's backroom project and the return of a production-ready Kestrel to the show. SJB has supported Mirus for the past three years, supporting with development of all products on display as well as those not yet public projects.

Unum returned to AIX this year with a revamped stand and product lineup. In addition to showcasing four Unum One seats, they presented the latest A330 production seat. This achievement reflects the collective effort of the Unum team, supported by SJB and a comprehensive supply chain, highlighting a class-leading production ready seat. 2024 promises to be an exciting year for Unum—stay tuned for updates.

After a long Covid induced break, AIX 23 was the first full scale show since the pandemic, and what a show it was. All of our hard work is now finally on display. including

Mirus Aircraft Seating - Kestrel

Launched to the public for the first time, Kestrel stole the show as not only the best looking seat but the lightest seat in class.

Unum Aircraft Seating

This year Unum had a brand new stand and 5 new business class seats. Unum One (B777, A350, A320), One HD and Unum Two. Unum won best stand in the show for the open and light layout, which encouraged hundreds of people onto the stand to experience Unum one. Unum’s patented seat mechanism was as one airline described “the most comfortable business class seat at the show”
